Essential
Required Qualifications
L1/L2 workplace/end-user support (incident handling)
Workplace incident troubleshooting (desktop/laptop/peripherals)
Printing services support (printers/print queues/drivers)
LAN and Wi‑Fi basic troubleshooting and on-site/proximity support
Hardware deployment/support (device rollout, setup, replacement)
IT asset management and tracking
ServiceNow (ticketing and/or asset/CMDB usage)
Security compliance awareness (following security regulations/policies)
Participation in governance reviews / adherence to governance processes
Preferred
Nice to Have
ServiceNow CMDB/asset lifecycle process knowledge
Knowledge of ITIL practices (incident/request/change)
Basic network tooling familiarity (e.g., ping, ipconfig/ifconfig, Wi‑Fi diagnostics)
Experience with workplace governance/audit evidence collection
