The successful candidate will provide technical leadership, define integration architecture and best practices, and support the migration and redesign of over 100 existing integrations impacted by the Workday implementation.
Lead the assessment and redesign of existing interfaces and integrations impacted by the Workday implementation ensuring scalability and minimizing required maintenance
Build scalable, secure, and maintainable integrations using Workday technologies
Act as a technical expert and advisor for Workday integration architecture.
Define integration patterns, standards, development guidelines, and best practices.
Support architecture decisions and recommend optimal solutions based on business and technical requirements.
Mentor internal developers and accelerate Workday integration knowledge within the team.
Collaborate with Workday implementation partners, architects, business analysts, and application teams.
Participate in solution design workshops and integration planning activities.
Identify risks, dependencies, and technical challenges proactively.
Ensure integrations comply with security, compliance, and operational requirements.
