webMethods AMS L2 Support Engineer (Integration Server)
Contract role in Bangalore for a webMethods AMS L2 Support Engineer (4–6 years) to provide production support for business-critical integrations built on Software AG webMethods. The engineer will monitor Integration Server/services, manage incidents via ticketing tools, troubleshoot and perform RCA, and support deployments/releases and package management across environments. Strong hands-on skills in Integration Server/Designer, web services (REST/SOAP), data formats (XML/JSON), EDI/flat-file integrations, and basic Unix/Linux and SQL are required; 24x6 support with Sunday on-call for critical incidents is expected.
