Vehicle Integration & Powertrain Systems Engineering Lead (AWD/Hybrid)
Permanent role based in Pune for a 6–9 years experienced vehicle integration leader to drive end-to-end system integration across powertrain, driveline, chassis, body, electrical and thermal systems. The position owns vehicle-level attribute delivery (performance, drivability, durability, safety, NVH, fuel efficiency, regulatory compliance), leads integration of ICE/AT/AMT/AWD and hybrid powertrains, and drives packaging, requirements, validation (DVP&R), prototype builds, issue resolution and field concern closure. The role also includes program/project management (planning, milestones, gateways, KPIs), cross-functional and supplier coordination, VAVE/cost optimization, localization and manufacturing readiness.
