Vehicle Integration / DMU Engineer (Creo + Teamcenter)
Permanent role in Pune for a 2–3 years experience engineer to support vehicle integration across systems/subsystems and applications. The person will manage vehicle DMU in JT and Creo 7 (Pro/E), support PLM activities in Teamcenter Unified Architecture (TCUA 14), prepare concept-to-production designs, and release designs through PLM using engineering change processes. The role also involves packaging/ergonomics/safety/regulatory/manufacturing compliance, design release management, validation issue resolution, proto build support, and cross-functional coordination.

To support vehicle DMU Management in JT & Creo-7 (Pro-E)

To support in Product Life cycle management through TCUA (Team Center Unified architecture 14)

To prepare concept, preliminary, and production-ready designs for vehicle systems and components.

To ensure compliance with packaging, ergonomics, safety, regulatory, and manufacturing requirements.

To release designs through PLM systems as per engineering change management processes.

To support VC Design release management

Effective Coordination with Cross functional team

To support in design modification release review and report preparation

To support in Vehicle, offer drawing readiness & release as per VC list as per requirements.

Required Qualifications
Hands-on experience with PTC Creo (Creo 7 / Pro-E) for 3D/2D design
Hands-on experience with Teamcenter PLM (TCUA / Teamcenter Unified Architecture) for release/change processes
DMU management using JT
Vehicle integration exposure (systems/subsystems integration)
Engineering change management and design release through PLM
Basic knowledge of vehicle architecture
Basic knowledge of CMVR regulations
Ability to create and release technical specifications in PLM
Cross-functional coordination for design release/validation/proto build
