Crafting software that meets users’ needs and enhances their experience is both rewarding and challenging, and you’ll do so by

Cooperating closely with our UI Lead, product owners and Chief product owner to suggest different solutions to defined needs.

Drive standardization and inform/educate development teams on design rules.

Doing A/B testing or otherwise verifying designs before implementation.

Testing/verifying the UI Design that the developers have implemented.

Maintain a culture of competence, growth, innovation, and fun.

Working with stakeholders to understand needs

Brainstorm, share insights, and collectively create something impactful.

Deep knowledge and understanding of working with Figma and designs and especially working with component-based web design.
