o Lead UAM transition along with stabilization activities, ensuring smooth handover for steady-state operations

o Drive knowledge transfer (KT) enablement, mentoring L1/L2 teams and ensuring process clarity

o Identify and address transition gaps, shadow support challenges, and undocumented scenarios

o Ensure process adherence and standardization across Italy UAM operations

User Access Management Operations (JML)

o Manage end-to-end Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML) lifecycle activities with high accuracy and SLA compliance

o Ensure timely provisioning, modification, and revocation of access, especially for critical/privileged access

o Collaborate with business and application teams to resolve access-related dependencies and delays

o Proactively monitor and improve cycle times, backlog, and service quality metrics

Required Qualifications
User Access Management (UAM) operations
Joiner/Mover/Leaver (JML) lifecycle management
Active Directory administration (users, groups, policies)
Domain Controller environment knowledge
Access provisioning, modification, and revocation (including critical/privileged access)
Transition support and stabilization (handover to steady state)
Knowledge Transfer (KT) delivery and mentoring L1/L2 teams
Documentation (SOP, SMTD, audit evidence)
Coordination with distributed teams and stakeholders
SLA/KPI/OLA adherence and service governance
Italian language fluency (written and verbal)
