TPM Solution Architect RFP-271597-1 for OPELLA HEALTHCARE INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED
This is a senior Solution Architect role owning the end-to-end Trade Promotion Management (TPM) architecture for a multi-market rollout, from discovery and design through go-live and stabilization. The core requirements are 8+ years in solution architecture or enterprise implementations, 5+ years designing or implementing TPM in FMCG, consumer goods or retail, experience with a TPM platform, ERP/finance integration, and participation in at least two implementation or rollout phases. Knowledge of SAP ECC or S/4HANA is preferred for ERP integration, while additional TPM platforms, RGM, analytics architecture and relevant certifications are also preferred. The structured experience band is 8–15 years; the project is in Barcelona with a hybrid schedule of three onsite days per week and requires fluent English. Design end-to-end TPM processes from promotion planning to settlement and post-event analysis

Define integrations between TPM and ERP/finance, master data, middleware and analytics platforms

Lead discovery, fit-gap and design workshops with Commercial, Sales, RGM and Finance stakeholders

Review functional and technical designs, interfaces, data migration and test coverage across delivery phases

Minimum 8 years in solution architecture, enterprise applications or large-scale implementations, with ownership of end-to-end design decisions

Minimum 5 years hands-on designing or implementing TPM solutions in FMCG, consumer goods or retail

Architectural or senior implementation experience with at least one TPM platform: Kantar XTEL, Visualfabriq, SAP TPM, Salesforce TPM or comparable

Essential
Required Qualifications
8+ years in solution architecture, enterprise applications or large-scale implementations, with ownership of end-to-end design decisions
5+ years designing or implementing Trade Promotion Management solutions in FMCG, consumer goods or retail
Architectural or senior implementation experience with at least one TPM platform, such as Kantar XTEL, Visualfabriq, SAP TPM, Salesforce TPM or a comparable platform
Integration design between business applications and ERP/finance platforms, using APIs, middleware, batch, file-based or event-driven patterns
Experience across at least two phases of an end-to-end implementation or major rollout in a global or multi-market program
End-to-end TPM process knowledge covering promotion planning, forecasting, trade funds, accruals, claims, deductions, settlement and post-event analysis
Fluent English

Experience with more than one TPM platform
Knowledge of Revenue Growth Management (RGM), Trade Promotion Optimization (TPO), pricing and promotion effectiveness
Exposure to data lake, data warehouse or BI architectures
