Plan and communicate test setup requirements including chamber bookings, facility readiness, equipment availability, vehicle preparation and instrumentation.

Conduct thermal validation and data logging on vehicles using the required instrumentation setup.

Execute validation activities as per standard guidelines while ensuring accurate data acquisition during testing.

Process and analyze test data to evaluate fulfillment of performance and thermal targets.

Perform vehicle-level testing for issue identification, root cause analysis and resolution with internal departments and suppliers.

Prepare technical reports and communicate findings, observations and recommendations to stakeholders.

Present test results, analysis outcomes and issue escalations during review meetings.

Generate validation reports and maintain daily communication regarding test progress and status.

Test data processing and analysis against targets
Root cause analysis and issue identification/resolution coordination
Technical reporting and presentation of test results
MS Excel and MS PowerPoint proficiency
