Contract Test Workstream Lead needed in Stockholm to establish and lead a major testing program from scratch in a complex banking/regulatory environment. Establishing and leading major testing programs from scratch

Test strategy definition (objectives, scope, cycles/timelines, entry/exit criteria)

UAT governance, business validation and sign-off processes

Test planning and coordination in complex banking or regulatory environments

Stakeholder coordination across Tech, Business, Operations and vendors

Managing dependencies across SIT, UAT, readiness and go-live

Defect management process (review, severity prioritization, assignment, tracking, retest coordination)

Testing reporting and governance (program manager/steering committee)

Creation of master test plan, test schedule, scenarios and test cases

Audit/regulatory evidence retention for testing activities
