Technology Adoption & Learning Program Manager (AI & Digital)
Contract role in Warsaw to build and run an enterprise-wide AI and technology awareness and adoption program across the IS organization. The person will plan and deliver webinars/workshops and learning events, create and distribute learning content (newsletters, guides, best practices), assess current and future skill needs, perform skills-gap analyses, build annual learning roadmaps, and coordinate internal/external training and certifications. They will also manage vendor and learning-provider relationships to deliver vendor-led training and maximize value/cost efficiency, with focus areas including AI, Microsoft Copilot, cloud, cybersecurity, automation, and analytics.
