Technology Adoption & Learning Program Lead (AI & Modern Workplace)
Contract role in Sweden to drive enterprise-wide awareness and adoption of AI and modern technologies across the IS organization. The person will design and run webinars/workshops and technology showcases, create and distribute learning content and best practices, assess current/future skill needs, perform skills-gap and training-needs analysis, build annual learning roadmaps, and coordinate internal/external training. They will also manage vendor and learning-provider relationships to deliver vendor-led training and certification programs efficiently.
