Technical IT Sub-Program Manager (Dental Care System Implementation – Frenda)
Contract assignment in Stockholm (2–3 days/week onsite) for a Technical IT Sub-Program Manager to lead the IT subprogram for implementing the Frenda dental care system. The consultant will steer, plan, coordinate and execute IT activities end-to-end, working hands-on with IT teams, integration specialists, suppliers and business stakeholders. The agreement will become valid when signed by both parties. Delivery is tentatively scheduled to begin on 2026-10-05 and the scope is 100%.

The contract duration is provisionally until 2027-10-05 with an option to extend 6 more times by 1 month per extension. The work will be carried out provisionally on site 2-3 days/week with the possibility of remote work for the remaining time, location Magnus Ladulåsgatan 65 in Stockholm.

Required Qualifications
Program/project management training
IT leadership experience (minimum 5 years in leadership roles; minimum 3 years leadership)
Ability to work operationally/hands-on in IT delivery
Leading and coordinating work across multiple teams/projects
Working closely with technical teams and leading technical work
Facilitating and leading meetings/workshops
Implementing business requirements into IT delivery
Identifying, analyzing, and managing technical risks
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent knowledge)
