Systems Engineer – MES to design, configure, implement and support Dassault DELMIA Apriso MES for battery manufacturing. Be proactively involved in the MES solution design, development, implementation, support, and maintenance

Ensure the MES is configured to represent all manufacturing, warehouse and quality workflows

Collaborate with IT solution architects as a team to translate business requirements into MOM capabilities

Play a fundamental role to enhance MES-driven operations

Ensure seamless integration of MES with interfacing to OT systems (SCADA, WCS, Automation, IoT)

Enable MES connectivity with IT systems (ERP, PLM, LIMS, QMS, WMS) for real-time data flow

Ensuring timely delivery and milestone adherence of MES projects

Provide technical expertise in development, testing, and cross-functional team engagement

Troubleshoot and resolve MES-related issues, driving continuous improvement initiatives

Update and maintain comprehensive functional and technical design documentation

Essential
Required Qualifications
10+ years experience with MES solutions
Hands-on configuration of Dassault DELMIA Apriso MES
MES solution design, development, implementation, support and maintenance
Integration of MES with OT systems (SCADA, WCS, automation, IoT)
Integration of MES with IT/enterprise systems (ERP, PLM, WMS, LIMS, QMS)
C# programming
SQL databases
Knowledge/experience with ISA-95 and ISA-88 standards
Troubleshooting MES issues and continuous improvement
Functional and technical design documentation; data workflow documentation
Project delivery/milestone adherence for MES projects
Project management for MES implementation and equipment interface commissioning
Ability to work onsite in Sanand, Gujarat
Preferred
Nice to Have
3+ years MES experience in battery, semiconductor, life sciences, pharma, or biotech industries
Experience in battery gigafactory environment
Training delivery and workshop facilitation for stakeholders
Strong collaboration/communication for business-IT alignment
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering/Computer Science or related field
