Installation, Configuration & Management of Firewall, Router, Switch, VPN connectivity.

Install, configure, and update Hardware, Operating Systems, and Application Software.

Strong understanding and experience in Cloud & Virtualization environments (AWS,

Azure, Google Cloud) and Hypervisors (VMware, Hyper-V).

Backup & Recovery: Develop and execute regular data backups and disaster recovery

Call Center basic manages (install required dialer application set-up remote access).

SSL Certificate procurement and installation in Linux, Windows Servers.

Manage user accounts, enforce password policies, maintain firewalls, and monitor for

Coordination with Telecom ISPs (ILL, Broadband, SIP, PRI) and Toll-free number setup.
