System Developer (Java, Microservices, OpenShift, CI/CD)
Consultant System Developer needed for the Swedish Police Authority in Stockholm to help replace a purchased case management system with in-house developed solutions over the next 1–2 years. One of the Police's purchased case management systems is to be replaced with in-house developed system solutions. In the role of System Developer, you have the opportunity to participate and contribute to well-functioning and quality-assured systems for the operation.

The assignment has been ongoing for 3 years and we are now looking for reinforcements for our development team.

The consultant must have good ability to express themselves verbally and in writing in Swedish.

The consultant must have at least 6 years of documented experience working as a developer in IT departments. The experience must have been acquired within the last 10 years

The consultant must have documented experience working as a developer in IT departments where at least 1 of the assignments must have lasted for at least 2 years. The experience must have been acquired during the last 6 years.

The consultant must have at least 3 years of practical experience in CI/CD.

The consultant must have at least 5 years of practical experience working in the Java language.

Swedish language (professional verbal and written)
Software development experience in IT departments (6+ years within last 10 years)
At least one assignment lasting 2+ years (within last 6 years)
Java (5+ years practical experience)
Microservices (3+ years practical experience)
CI/CD (3+ years practical experience)
OpenShift (1+ year practical experience)
Agile software development (4+ years practical experience)
Planning and implementing new IT solutions based on business needs
Data/information migration between systems (planning and execution)

Nice to Have
Experience in security-classified operations
Experience working in a public authority/government agency
Experience with self-developed case management systems within the Judiciary (last 3 years)
Experience migrating large volumes of data between systems and building tooling/system support for migrations
Automated testing (3+ years practical experience)
