System Administrator / Application Specialist (Unit4 ERP UBW/Agresso)
Contract assignment in Stockholm with the Swedish Police Authority for a senior System Administrator/Application Specialist focused on Unit4 ERP (UBW/Agresso). The consultant will run and further develop the current UBW environment while supporting a transition to Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, including configuration, integrations, migrations, 3rd line support, documentation, and participation in projects and business analysis. Work on configuring and adapting the standard system/application within the framework of its capabilities

Plan, develop and implement change activities - configuration of the systems, integrations to/from the systems and migration between the systems

Support, troubleshooting and correction to provide 3rd line support

Document the work and define operational procedures

Analysis and assessment of consequences regarding desired changes

Participate in business analyses to develop system support in accordance with the business's wishes and requirements

Good ability to express oneself verbally and in writing in Swedish

At least 10 years of experience as an application specialist in all modules of Unit4 ERP

At least 5 years of experience as an integration and customization consultant for Unit4 ERP

At least 5 years of experience working with Microsoft SQL server

At least 5 years of experience with Oracle database

Microsoft SQL Server (5+ years)

Installing, upgrading, and securing technical environments for UBW operations
Unit4 ERP Management Console (10+ years)
Agile development ways of working (practical experience)
3rd line support: troubleshooting and corrective actions
System configuration and adaptation within standard application capabilities
Migration activities between systems
Documentation and defining operational procedures
End-to-end finance processes knowledge (Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report)
