Stamping Simulation
This contract role focuses on stamping simulation and related tooling activities, with a technical connection to stamping-shop work. The candidate should understand cold-stamping processes, die and body structures, stamping feasibility, and be able to run simulations and plan countermeasures using AutoForm, PAM-STAMP, or Dynaform. The role also calls for CATIA or Siemens NX/UG CAD capability, including A-class surface modeling, plus knowledge of die standards, cost estimation, process optimization, and automated press-line panel layouts. A Mechanical Engineering degree or a Tool Design or Production Engineering diploma is specified; springback compensation and T0 trial comparison are preferred. The structured input gives 3–5 years of experience and Chennai as the location, with contract employment; work mode is not stated.
