SSPM / SaaS Security Posture Management Engineer (Cyber Security)
Contract role in Hyderabad for a 6–8 years cyber security professional focused on SaaS Security Posture Management (SSPM). The person will continuously discover and monitor sanctioned and shadow IT SaaS apps, harden configurations against baselines like CIS across platforms such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Salesforce, GitHub and Slack, and govern identity/access risks (MFA gaps, dormant users, over-privilege). They will also assess third-party/OAuth integration risk, build automated remediation workflows for drift and misconfigurations, and support compliance evidence and reporting for SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA and GDPR.

Essential
Required Qualifications
Cyber Security
SaaS Security Posture Management (SSPM) tooling
Continuous monitoring and discovery of SaaS applications (including shadow IT)
SaaS posture management and hardening using security baselines (e.g., CIS benchmarks)
Security configuration auditing and enforcement across SaaS platforms
Identity and access governance (over-privileged accounts, dormant/inactive users, abnormal role assignments)
Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) controls and detection of MFA gaps
Third-party risk assessment for SaaS integrations
OAuth app integration risk (scopes, permissions) and data-sharing permission governance
Automated remediation workflows and alerting for configuration drift and security gaps
Compliance evidence collection and reporting
Knowledge of compliance frameworks: SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, GDPR
