Sovereign Cloud Project Manager (SecNumCloud/ANSSI)
Senior/Expert contract Project Manager to lead a Sovereign Cloud program in France, including end-to-end management of the Sovereign Cloud RFP (drafting, benchmarking, consultation coordination), co-design of the sovereign cloud landing zone architecture, and support for SecNumCloud 3.2 / ANSSI compliance and sovereignty analysis. The role coordinates IT governance and multiple stakeholders (CISO, architecture, procurement, legal, partners) and ensures integration into an existing infrastructure ecosystem (VMware, ServiceNow CMDB, Windows/RedHat, storage, backup, AWS). Strong reporting, risk management, confidentiality, and fluent French/English are required; occasional remote work with primary presence on the Malakoff site.

Project management for cloud/infrastructure programs (planning, reporting, risk management)
RFP/RFQ management (drafting, benchmarking, consultation coordination, evaluation grid)
Sovereign Cloud concepts and requirements
SecNumCloud 3.2 and ANSSI compliance analysis
GDPR awareness in cloud/regulatory context
Landing zone architecture co-design (high-level cloud/infrastructure architecture)
Stakeholder management across security (CISO), architecture, procurement, legal, and vendors/partners
Integration of cloud solution into existing enterprise infrastructure ecosystem
Fluent French and operational/fluent English
Confidentiality and handling of sensitive information
