Solutions Architect (Modernization of COPS)
Contract Solutions Architect for the Swedish Police Authority to plan and implement technical solutions for modernization and further development of COPS (Central Operational Planning Support), a mission-critical system for operational planning and staffing. The role involves analyzing existing architecture, identifying dependencies and ensuring that existing functionality and technical components can be reused where appropriate.

The role also includes analysis, planning, technical problem solving, development, compilation and verification. The consultant is expected to be able to work hands-on in an existing technical environment and, if necessary, perform relevant programming tasks themselves.

At least 5 years of experience as a solution architect for a large business system, acquired within the last 10 years

At least 10 years of experience as a system developer in C++

At least 5 years of experience as a system developer in.Net

At least 5 years of experience with Embedded SQL against Ingres and/or Oracle

At least 5 years of experience developing systems for human resource planning or project planning

The consultant must have good ability to express themselves verbally and in writing in Swedish.
