Software Engineer (ServiceNow App Engine Trainee)
Hiring software engineers (not ServiceNow admins) with 3+ years of hands-on development and strong programming fundamentals. 3+ years professional software development experience
Strong coding in at least one: JavaScript/Node.js OR Java OR C#
Modern JavaScript (ES6+) fundamentals
Asynchronous programming in JavaScript (promises, async/await)
JSON data structures and JSON-based data exchange
Object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts
Software design principles
Design patterns (MVC, Factory, Strategy, Observer)
Clean, maintainable, modular code
Frontend development exposure: React.js or Vue.js
