Assess SmartSolve (IQVIA) capability against the harmonized eQMS requirements across the 13 quality domains and document product fit, gaps and configuration options.

Contribute to the evaluation methodology and weighted scoring criteria, and complete SmartSolve functional and non-functional scoring inputs during the product evaluation and scoring phase.

Support RFP development and administration, analysis of the SmartSolve vendor response, scripted demonstration scenarios and reference calls during the handover phase.

Provide ballpark SmartSolve license and AMS cost inputs and contribute to the executive decision package, weighted scoring summary and final recommendation, in line with SOW deliverables and review timelines.

Essential
Required Qualifications
Hands-on SmartSolve (IQVIA) eQMS expertise across core quality modules (document control, training, deviations/nonconformance, CAPA, change control, audits, supplier quality, complaints, quality events, management review, reporting)
Ability to map harmonized eQMS requirements across quality domains to SmartSolve out-of-the-box vs configuration vs customization; document fit/gaps/workarounds
SmartSolve product evaluation experience: weighted functional/non-functional scoring, scripted demo scenarios, RFP response analysis, reference checks
Understanding of SmartSolve data model and configurable workflows
Knowledge of SmartSolve deployment options (cloud/on-prem), platform/deployment architecture, and integration approaches
Integration patterns with enterprise systems: ERP, MES, LIMS, PLM, EDMS, LMS
Reporting and analytics knowledge within SmartSolve context
Data migration considerations for eQMS implementations/evaluations
Working knowledge of regulated requirements: 21 CFR Part 11, 21 CFR Part 820, EU Annex 11, EU MDR, ISO 13485, GxP
Exposure to validation-driven environments (CSV/CSA) and traceability of deliverables to requirements
Familiarity with SmartSolve licensing models and implementation/AMS cost drivers; ability to provide ballpark license/support cost inputs
Cybersecurity/data privacy considerations relevant to vendor/product evaluation (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR)

Exposure to comparable eQMS platforms (Veeva Vault QMS, ETQ Reliance) for comparative evaluation
Experience in biotech/CDMO or medical device quality operations and regulated manufacturing environments
