Provide BAU support and maintenance for the existing Sitecore website.

Consume provided Sitecore GraphQL or REST endpoints to map data to front-end views.

Participate in defect analysis, root-cause analysis, code reviews, and production issue resolution.

Translate design mockups into functional code while optimizing for fast load times and cross-browser compatibility.

Design and configure Sitecore data templates, layouts, and content workflows.

Develop custom server-side functionality and event handlers using C# and.NET/.NET Core.

Build APIs to connect Sitecore securely with external enterprise systems.

Assist with search index (Solr) updates, content package deployments, and debugging back-end error logs.

Support deployment, release, and post-production validation activities.
