ServiceNow SAM Pro Consultant (IT Asset Management)
Contract role in Pune for a ServiceNow specialist with 4–6 years’ experience to independently implement ServiceNow SAM Pro and broader IT Asset Management capabilities. Championing the SAM lifecycle process and procedures to ensure data integrity of software rights and usage to support SAM compliance.

Register new Software Assets/Configuration Items (CIs) while maintaining proper relationships as defined in the agreed SAM-Pro Models

Take ownership and collaborate with IT Asset Management process/function owners and SMEs across IT to implement and enhance capabilities.

Lead the requirements and design workshops, and implementation.

Design, develop, implement and test ServiceNow IT Asset Management capabilities.

ServiceNow SAM Pro implementation (independent/lead)
ServiceNow IT Asset Management (ITAM)
Software Asset Management (SAM) lifecycle and compliance
Configuration Item (CI) registration and relationship management (CMDB concepts)
Requirements gathering and design workshops
Design, development, implementation and testing of ServiceNow ITAM capabilities
Stakeholder collaboration with ITAM process owners/SMEs
