Provide architectural advisory across multiple engagements to guide customers, partners, and internal team members

Offer architectural knowledge across multiple workflows (ITSM, HRSD, SPM, IRM, CMDB)

Develop relationships with CoE and business leaders to understand ServiceNow's role in digital transformation

Translate business goals and outcomes into customer roadmap and architectural blueprints

Engage with Enterprise Architects to position ServiceNow as the digital transformation platform standard

Manage technical governance and delivery operating model

Ensure instance health by reducing technical debt and aligning to ServiceNow leading practices

Support the sales effort by scoping and estimating the engagement and change orders
10
Be an active contributor of leading practices and expertise related to the ServiceNow platform

8+ years of progressive experience in professional services or equivalent

Demonstrated management consulting experience

Professional services / consulting delivery experience
Stakeholder management across executives, platform owners, enterprise architects, and development teams
Architectural governance and delivery operating model (technical governance)
ServiceNow leading practices and instance health / technical debt reduction
Roadmap and architectural blueprint creation aligned to business outcomes
ServiceNow workflow knowledge across ITSM, HRSD, SPM, IRM, and CMDB
Scoping and estimation for engagements and change orders (pre-sales support)
Large program architecture and design leadership
Cloud application technology experience
