ServiceNow Network Automation Engineer (NAF)
Contract role in Warsaw for an automation expert with strong ServiceNow workflow/business rule development and hands-on network/firewall automation. The focus is designing, implementing, and operating orchestrated workflows in ServiceNow aligned to the Network Automation Framework (NAF) for network and firewall change/deployment/lifecycle processes. The role integrates Ansible/Python automation, GitLab CI/CD, and multiple infrastructure/security systems (e.g., checkMK, CyberArk, Infoblox, CMDB/DNS/monitoring) and includes building operator dashboards, generating validation documentation, and producing FI-TS compliant documentation and training. Fluent English is required; German is a plus.

Required Qualifications
ServiceNow workflow design and implementation (orchestrated workflows)
ServiceNow Business Rules development/customization
ServiceNow integrations with external systems via APIs
Network and firewall domain knowledge (change/deployment/lifecycle, firewall rules)
Ansible (extending/adapting playbooks)
Python for automation/scripting
GitLab and CI/CD integration for versioned/traceable automation
Orchestration platform setup/configuration/management within ServiceNow (incl. status dashboards)
User-friendly UI design (for operator/technician dashboards)
Fluent English (spoken and written)
Preferred
Nice to Have
German language skills
Experience with Network Automation Framework (NAF)
Software Defined Networking (SDN) concepts/automation
