Essential

Required Qualifications

ServiceNow development experience (3–7 years) in a multi-module environment

L3 support / technical analyst capability (troubleshooting, problem solving)

System integrations and process automation (including Workflow Data Fabric)

Web service integrations using REST and SOAP

Directory service integration (Active Directory, Azure AD, LDAP)

Scripting/automation: JavaScript and PowerShell

Automation/IaC tooling exposure: Ansible and Terraform

Programming/scripting: Python

Data formats and data layer: XML, SQL, databases

ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM

Understanding of ITIL framework

Release coordination (ensuring development/testing on time and quality)

Use of IDEs/software development tools

Use of code repositories (version control)

Reporting/metrics generation

Documentation for automation scripts and support tools

Fluent English
