ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB Architect (Service Mapping, Discovery, Integrations, AI Readiness)
Senior ServiceNow Architect to lead target-state architecture, design, and roadmap for CMDB and ITOM capabilities. The role owns CMDB architecture and governance, Discovery and Service Mapping design, integration/API strategy (including IntegrationHub and enterprise data onboarding), and data quality/reconciliation frameworks to improve CMDB coverage and maturity. The architect will also shape AI readiness of the CMDB ecosystem, including context/knowledge layers, ontology/enterprise data modeling, and evaluation of LLM integrations (e.g., AWS Bedrock) to enable future AI-driven operational intelligence and agentic operations initiatives.
