ServiceNow IRM (Integrated Risk Management) / GRC
ServiceNow platform configuration (tables, forms, lists, UI policies, business rules)
Workflow/Flow design on ServiceNow (Flow Designer and/or legacy Workflow)
IRM/GRC data model understanding (risks, controls, policies, issues, audits)
Preferred

ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Script Includes, Glide API)
Integrations (REST/SOAP, MID Server)
ServiceNow Performance Analytics / reporting for IRM
ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, IRM/GRC-related)
