ServiceNow HRSD Integration Expert (Manager)

Architecture & Design: Design secure, robust, and supportable interfaces, API strategies, data flows, and authentication protocols across enterprise ecosystems.

Error Handling & Monitoring: Establish comprehensive error-handling frameworks, logging mechanisms, and monitoring dashboards to ensure high availability and proactive issue resolution.

Cross-Platform Connectivity: Oversee seamless integrations linking ServiceNow HRSD with major enterprise solutions, specifically Workday, Saviynt, SmartRecruiters, and related HR applications.

Governance & Security: Partner closely with cyber risk and security teams to enforce compliance, data privacy protection, and secure credential management across all integration points.

Stakeholder & Team Leadership: Guide technical teams, mentor developers, and collaborate with senior stakeholders and client leads to translate business integration needs into resilient technical architectures.
