ServiceNow CMDB & ITOM Architect (AI-Assisted Development)
Hands-on ServiceNow Architect to lead target-state architecture, design, and roadmap for CMDB and ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping) in an enterprise environment. The role owns CMDB data model governance, integration strategy (REST/SOAP, IntegrationHub, Service Graph Connectors), workflow automation (Flow Designer), and operational support/troubleshooting. Candidate must be strong in ServiceNow administration and development (JavaScript) and proficient with modern AI-assisted engineering using VS Code and tools like GitHub Copilot/Claude Code/Cursor/Amazon Q, including prompt engineering and AI-assisted debugging, to accelerate delivery and improve platform outcomes.

Participate in weekly governance and operational reviews.
