Essential
Required Qualifications
8-10 years experience as a Business Analyst in a techno-functional role
Requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, and management (requirement management processes, tools, methodologies)
Change impact analysis for enhancements/defects; dependency and interrelationship identification
Stakeholder management and strong communication/presentation skills (working with US business teams)
Experience with custom applications and enterprise solutions
Working understanding of.NET, Java, Angular, and React (to collaborate with engineering teams)
Process modeling familiarity; ability to create basic process models
Data analysis proficiency; ability to perform complex data analysis and run data analysis workshops
Support testing, UAT, deployment, and process improvements
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive initiatives with minimal supervision
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Nice to Have
Experience supporting global or US-based stakeholders (explicitly preferred)
Business partnership mindset focused on value delivery
Awareness of solution design techniques; ability to create simple solution designs using established patterns/guidelines under guidance
