Senior Tech Lead (Full-Stack + DevOps) — Azure, React/TypeScript, NestJS, PostgreSQL
Senior Tech Lead needed to take an existing prototype and deliver a production-ready replacement application (IPS – Industrial Product Sourcing) end-to-end. This is a hands-on role covering solution architecture, Azure infrastructure and deployment, full-stack development (React/TypeScript, NestJS, PostgreSQL), testing, and cutover to production. The consultant will run day-to-day delivery independently, report status to a business lead, and leverage AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot/Claude) while working within an enterprise Azure landing zone (Container Apps, managed PostgreSQL, Key Vault, Entra ID).

Required Qualifications
8+ years software engineering building production-grade applications
Tech lead / hands-on leadership (owning architecture, code quality, delivery)
Full-stack development with React

Azure enterprise landing zone experience
Azure Container Apps
Azure Database for PostgreSQL (managed)
Azure Key Vault
Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
CI/CD and deployment on Azure (DevOps background)
Hands-on use of AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude) in real projects
Translate requirements/user stories into technical design
Testing (perform all testing) and production cutover/go-live support
Project planning and running delivery independently; status reporting
Mentoring engineers
