Senior Solution Architect (Enterprise Integration, AuthZ, CRM, PIM)

Senior Solution Architect needed for a 6-month contract in Stockholm to take end-to-end responsibility for complex cross-system solutions in an enterprise transformation. The role drives architectural choices, trade-offs, dependencies and decisions across multiple teams/domains, with strong focus on authorization/identity boundaries, integration architecture (APIs/events/shared services), a CRM companion application, consolidation of customer notifications (Email/SMS), and PIM/product information including evaluation of Contentful vs Pimcore. Requires strong documentation (ADRs/diagrams), governance, and ability to communicate in Swedish and English with stakeholders, teams, operations and suppliers.

We are looking for a Senior Solution Architect who can take overall responsibility for complex, cross-systemic solutions in an enterprise and transformation environment.

You translate business needs, architectural direction, and technical prerequisites into viable end-to-end solutions. You drive architectural choices, tradeoffs, dependencies, and decisions across multiple teams and domains, ensuring that solutions can be built, tested, deployed, and managed.

The role involves close collaboration with Domain Architects, Tech Leads, Product Owners, operations and suppliers.

Own the target architecture for a common authorization capability for applications, APIs and services.

Define boundaries between identity, authentication, authorization, gateways and protected resources.

Establish reusable patterns and ensure traceability, auditability and governance.

Drive architecture choices between centralized, distributed and hybrid models.

Define architecture, integrations, API, events, data flows, security and division of responsibilities towards CRM.

Create common capabilities that can be used by multiple domains without duplicate point solutions.

Ensure scalability, maintainability, testability and operational support.

Responsible for architecture and consolidation of Email and SMS solutions into a central and reusable capability.

Define integration patterns, triggers, routing, templates, customer preferences, traceability and audit.

Essential

Required Qualifications

Senior Solution Architecture in complex enterprise/transformation environments

End-to-end solution architecture ownership across multiple domains/systems/teams

Integration architecture (APIs, events, distributed systems, shared services)

Authorization/identity-related architecture (AuthZ boundaries, security controls, auditability/traceability)

CRM platform experience and companion/proprietary applications complementing packaged solutions

Designing reusable enterprise capabilities/platform services used by multiple domains

PIM and product information architecture (preferably e-commerce)

Contentful experience for product enrichment/editorial UI

Backend system integration for product/product-data flows and clear responsibility boundaries

Architecture documentation and governance (ADRs, diagrams, option assessments)

Stakeholder communication (written and visual)

Swedish and English language proficiency

Pimcore experience (especially if migrating to a new Pimcore instance)

Telecom and subscription business experience

Customer notifications architecture (Email/SMS consolidation, templates, routing, preferences)
