Senior Software Developer (Cloud-Native Platform / Kubernetes & Go)
Senior Software Developer needed to build and evolve a production-grade, cloud-native control plane for infrastructure components. The role is hands-on across the CNCF ecosystem with deep Kubernetes and Go development, including Kubernetes API/controller extensibility, custom operator development, Crossplane compositions/functions, and GitOps delivery using Argo CD. You will help design and operate scalable, secure, highly observable systems in complex enterprise production environments, primarily on Microsoft Azure, with strong observability practices (Grafana Cloud metrics/logs/traces). Platform engineering / DevEx experience is highly preferred.

We are seeking a Senior Software Developer with strong hands-on experience in modern cloud-native software development across the CNCF ecosystem. This role involves building and evolving a complex, production-grade product that acts as a centralized control plane for all infrastructure components.

Experience in platform engineering or developer experience (DevEx) teams is highly preferred.

Deep understanding of Kubernetes APIs, controllers, and extensibility

Crossplane composition design and development

Custom Crossplane function development for infrastructure abstraction

Design, development, and maintenance of custom Kubernetes operators

Designing and maintaining GitOps-based deployment and infrastructure workflows

Strong working knowledge of Grafana Cloud (metrics, logs, traces)

Strong experience designing and operating workloads on Microsoft Azure

Strong operational knowledge of maintaining large-scale, enterprise-grade infrastructure
