Design, develop, test, debug, and maintain software features and application modules using C#/.NET.

Write clean, scalable, maintainable, and high-quality code following established coding standards and development practices.

Analyze and troubleshoot existing code, modules, and defects, providing effective technical solutions.

Provide technical guidance and mentoring to less experienced developers, including FTEs, contractors, and offshore development resources.

Participate in requirement analysis and contribute to the design of new application and system features.

Apply Object-Oriented Design principles, design patterns, and application architecture concepts to develop robust solutions.

Develop and validate technical effort estimates for assigned work and lead estimation activities for small initiatives.

Coordinate multiple technical workstreams to ensure successful delivery of complete solutions.

Assign and coordinate defects with junior developers when required and ensure timely resolution.

Follow defined software development processes, coding guidelines, quality standards, and technical practices.
