Senior Scrum Master / Agile Program Facilitator (Virtual Platform / Simics)
Contract Scrum Master (5–7 years) based in Gdansk to facilitate all Scrum ceremonies and coach teams on Agile/Scrum best practices across distributed, cross-functional engineering groups. The role focuses on program and release coordination (PI/release planning, dependency and risk tracking, milestone readiness), removing impediments across tooling/integration/CI, and improving delivery predictability using Agile metrics (velocity, say/do, cycle time, defect trends). The Scrum Master must be comfortable facilitating technical discussions and understanding Virtual Platform/Simics model development enough to surface risks and drive decisions, working closely with Product Owners, architects, DevOps, and external stakeholders.

Required Qualifications
Deep understanding of Scrum and Agile practices
Facilitation of all Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Review, Retrospective)
Agile coaching and continuous improvement mindset
Servant leadership; promoting self-organization and ownership
Experience supporting distributed teams and working across global time zones
Cross-functional stakeholder management and exceptional communication
Conflict resolution and driving accountability without authority
Risk identification, escalation, and mitigation planning
Dependency tracking and impediment management across teams
Program/release coordination (release tracking, feature delivery commitments, milestone readiness reviews)
