Senior SAFe Scrum Master – SAP S/4HANA Program
This permanent role is for a Senior SAFe Scrum Master supporting one or more Agile teams in a large SAP S/4HANA transformation program. Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and team-level synchronization events.

Support PI Planning preparation and execution, including capacity planning, dependency identification, risk management, team objectives, and commitment readiness.

Work closely with Product Owners to improve backlog quality, story readiness, acceptance criteria, prioritization, and alignment with PI objectives.

Coach teams on SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, Lean-Agile principles, Definition of Ready, Definition of Done, estimation, flow, quality, and sustainable delivery practices.

Identify, track, remove, or escalate impediments and coordinate resolution of cross-team dependencies with RTEs, Scrum Masters, architects, functional leads, testing, data, integration, and business teams.

Drive transparent tracking of sprint commitments, risks, actions, dependencies, defects, decisions, and release-readiness items.

Support System Demos, Inspect and Adapt, release planning, cutover preparation, go-live execution, and hypercare coordination where applicable.

Drive predictable delivery without replacing the accountability of the Product Owner, delivery leads, or team members.

Essential
Required Qualifications
10–15+ years of overall IT delivery experience, including substantial Scrum Master experience in enterprise transformation programs
Experience as a SAFe Scrum Master on large SAP S/4HANA, ERP, or comparable enterprise programs
Practical knowledge of SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, PI Planning, ART ceremonies, backlog management, flow, quality, and continuous improvement
Understanding of SAP S/4HANA delivery across functional configuration, WRICEF development, integration, data migration, testing, security, cutover, and hypercare
Managing complex dependencies, risks, impediments, distributed teams, vendors, and release commitments
Hands-on experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or equivalent Agile lifecycle tools and delivery dashboards
Facilitation, coaching, conflict-management, communication, stakeholder-management, and leadership skills
Experience supporting global SAP S/4HANA transformation, rollout, conversion, or deployment programs, including ART collaboration and SAP Activate milestones
