What You'll Be Doing.

Independently execute day-to-day testing activities across multiple digital products and initiatives.

Design, create, maintain, and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts.

Conduct functional, integration, system, regression, exploratory, and user acceptance testing.

Validate feature releases, enhancements, configurations, and defect fixes.

Reproduce, document, and verify issues identified by users, business teams, or production support teams.

Ensure business requirements are fully tested before release.

Define test strategies and test plans for projects and sprint deliverables.

Participate actively in backlog grooming, sprint planning, story refinement, demos, and retrospectives.

Review requirements and acceptance criteria to ensure completeness and testability.

Identify quality risks early and recommend mitigation actions.

Ensure quality gates are met prior to production deployment.

Support production validation activities following releases.

Essential

Required Qualifications

7-10 years hands-on Software Quality Assurance experience

Minimum 4 years practical test automation experience

Manual testing: functional, integration, system, regression, exploratory, UAT

Test design: test cases, scenarios, scripts; test strategy and test plans

Automation for UI and regression testing (Playwright or Selenium or Cypress)

API testing: REST API validation and integration/end-to-end workflow testing

Postman

SQL for test data validation/troubleshooting

Defect management: logging/tracking/verification; quality metrics and reporting

Agile/Scrum ways of working (backlog grooming, sprint ceremonies)

CI/CD pipelines integration for automated tests

Version control with Git

Tooling: JIRA and/or Azure DevOps

Practical experience using AI-powered testing tools (e.g., Copilot/ChatGPT/AI-based test automation, AI-assisted test case generation)

Preferred

Nice to Have

Domain experience: Air Cargo, Freight Forwarding, Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation, Airline

Knowledge of IATA cargo standards and cargo booking/shipment lifecycle workflows

Performance/non-functional testing exposure (JMeter or equivalent)

Programming/scripting: JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, Python (or similar)

Self-healing test automation frameworks

ISTQB Foundation/Advanced certification

Certification in Test Automation or Agile Testing

Exposure to AI/ML testing methodologies and modern quality engineering practices
