Senior QA Test Lead / Test Automation Lead (Agile, STP Financial Services)
Lead the testing strategy and hands-on execution for STP applications in agile squads, owning test planning, traceability, defect management, and quality reporting. The role requires strong agile testing practices (Scrum/Kanban/SAFe), test management and documentation (plans, cases, RTM), and building/maintaining automated tests with CI/CD integration (e.g., Selenium/API automation with Azure DevOps/Jenkins/Git). You will collaborate closely with developers, BAs, and architects, support production validation, and ensure compliance with Euroclear quality/security standards, with domain exposure to financial services, STP and SWIFT messaging.

Essential
Required Qualifications
Agile testing methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
Test strategy, test planning, test execution, defect management
Test case design and test data management aligned to business requirements
Requirements traceability (RTM) and test documentation (test plans, test cases)
Test automation (UI and/or API) using tools such as Selenium, Postman, REST Assured, JUnit, TestNG
CI/CD integration for testing (Azure DevOps and/or Jenkins) and Git
Test management and collaboration tools (JIRA, Confluence, TestRail and/or Zephyr)
SQL for data validation
Financial services domain exposure including STP and SWIFT messaging
English proficiency (mandatory)

Performance testing (JMeter, LoadRunner)
Basic programming knowledge (.NET, Java)
Middleware/integration testing (Kafka, IBM MQ)
Monitoring/observability tools (Splunk, Dynatrace)
