Senior Project Manager (Cybersecurity XDR Rollout)
Senior Project Manager needed to lead an end-to-end rollout of a new XDR solution replacing existing EDR/EPP tools across multiple entities of an international group. The role is primarily project management: driving plans, milestones, dependencies and risks from pilot completion through large-scale deployment, coordinating IT/security/SOC/vendor/business stakeholders, ensuring SOC integration continuity, and reporting KPIs, progress, risks and issues up to C-level. Hybrid working (2 days onsite/week, must accept 3), English fluent required; French/Spanish are a plus; occasional travel to France may be needed.

Project management (5–7+ years hands-on PM experience)
Large-scale, multi-entity technology rollouts or migrations
Program/rollout planning (milestones, dependencies, timelines)
Risk identification and mitigation for deployments
Stakeholder management up to C-level in complex/siloed organizations
Coordination across distributed international teams
IT or cybersecurity background
KPI/status reporting (progress, risks, issues)
Hybrid/onsite collaboration readiness (2 days onsite/week; must accept 3)
English fluency
