Senior Production Engineer – Assembly

Responsibilities
What You'll Be Doing.

You will work closely with production teams, line technicians, operators and other support functions to improve assembly processes, solve production challenges and ensure high standards within safety, quality and delivery.
Develop and optimize assembly processes, methods and production flows.
Support daily production through problem-solving and technical expertise.
Develop assembly instructions and PFMEA.
Define and ensure the right tools and equipment are available at each workstation.
Coordinate activities and priorities with line managers and support functions.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives within production.
Contribute to the development and implementation of assembly lines in a new manufacturing facility.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Production Engineer, preferably within assembly/manufacturing.
M.Sc. in Production Engineering, Supply Chain or similar.
Strong experience in production, problem-solving and project management.
