Functional and technical requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation
Configuration of space, asset, maintenance, lease and real estate, and workplace services modules
Configuration of workflows, forms, reports, and dashboards in Planon
Integration between Planon and enterprise applications such as SAP
Data migration, validation, reconciliation, and testing
System testing, UAT support, and production deployment
Application troubleshooting, ongoing support, and preparation of functional specifications, technical documentation, and user guides
