Responsibilities
What You'll Be Doing.

You will collaborate closely with production, automation, digitalization, IT/OT, and external suppliers to establish efficient, scalable, and robust logistics operations.
Develop and optimize warehouse processes and material flows.
Drive the implementation and commissioning of highly automated warehouse solutions.
Define and improve logistics concepts, storage strategies, and replenishment flows.
Work with Warehouse Control Systems and related logistics systems.
Contribute to the development of logistics standards, methods, and best practices.
Identify improvement opportunities and develop sustainable logistics solution
Collaborate withs. production, automation, IT/OT, and external suppliers.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or an equivalent field.
At least five years of relevant professional experience within logistics.
Proven experience in warehouse operations, logistics development, industrial engineering, or warehouse automation.

Required Qualifications
Logistics development (process design and optimization)
Warehouse operations knowledge (inbound/outbound, storage, replenishment, picking)
Material flow design and optimization
Commissioning/implementation support for warehouse solutions
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Cross-functional stakeholder collaboration (production, automation, IT/OT, suppliers)
Fluent English (written and spoken)
Relevant degree (Logistics/Industrial Engineering/Supply Chain or equivalent)
5+ years relevant logistics experience

Highly automated warehouse environment experience
Warehouse start-up / ramp-up / stabilization experience
Greenfield project experience (new site/campus)
Knowledge of SAP in logistics context
Knowledge of WMS
