Senior Java System Developer (Java EE/Spring Boot) – Registry Systems Modernization
Contract assignment in Stockholm for the Swedish Police Authority to modernize and manage registry systems (suspect and criminal record register). The consultant will develop and maintain Java-based systems on Linux using Java EE, Spring Boot, Docker and application servers (e.g., jBoss), integrate via JMS and SOAP/REST, and work in an agile Scrum/Kanban team. The role includes setting up development environments, testing and delivering to plan, owning deliveries, keeping documentation updated, and mentoring junior developers. Registry Systems is part of the Law Enforcement and Collection section. We develop and manage a number of different systems and registers that support criminal investigation and law enforcement activities. We are now looking for a senior system developer with an agile profile.

Work is carried out on site at the Police Authority's premises, with the possibility of working from home a maximum of 2 days per week.
