Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable Java applications supporting Identity & Access Management capabilities, including authentication, SSO, and access governance.

Configure and customize Keycloak across realms, clients, identity brokering, custom SPIs/providers, theming, and federation using SAML2/OIDC protocols.

Build and enhance Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) capabilities, covering access certification and recertification, role-based access control (RBAC), and joinermover-leaver (JML) provisioning workflows.

Provide Level 3 production support by diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to application behaviour, configuration, and code.

Develop, debug, and analyse existing IAM applications to ensure continued reliability and performance.

Interact with architects to uphold strong design principles and maintain consistent code quality standards. Ensure designs make effective use of existing reusable components, maintain clear traceability to business requirements, and embed reusability as a core principle in all new modules.

Contribute to the identification and remediation of technical vulnerabilities and obsolescence risks.

Participate in performance tuning and code optimization efforts to improve application efficiency.

Produce and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including design documents, technical specifications, deployment guides, and release notes.

Essential
Required Qualifications
7+ years of hands-on Java and Spring Boot application development
Strong Identity and Access Management (IAM) background
Keycloak or equivalent IAM platform configuration and customization, including realms, clients, custom providers or SPIs, identity brokering, theming, federation, and clustering
Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), including access certification and recertification, RBAC and ABAC modelling, and joiner-mover-leaver provisioning workflows
SSO and federation protocols: SAML v2 and OpenID Connect (OIDC)
Front-end development with HTML, JavaScript, and jQuery
Level 3 support for live production applications
Application debugging and troubleshooting
Database design, SQL queries, and stored procedures
REST API design and development
CI/CD tooling: GitLab, Jenkins, Maven, and Sonar
Writing and executing automated unit and integration tests
