Senior DevOps Engineer (GitHub / OSPO)
Senior DevOps Engineer needed for an Open Source Program Office (OSPO) team in Barcelona (hybrid 1–2 days onsite) to design, automate and operate the OSPO ecosystem with a strong GitHub focus. You will build and maintain CI/CD and GitHub Actions automation, manage GitHub Apps/integrations/webhooks across multiple orgs, implement IaC and GitOps, and run observability/monitoring platforms. The role also includes dashboards and adoption metrics pipelines using OpenSearch and GrimoireLab, plus incident management and capacity planning. English and Spanish are mandatory; contract runs through 31 Dec 2026 with expected renewal.

5+ years DevOps/Platform Engineering/SRE/Cloud Operations
GitHub expertise (Actions, Apps, repository management, automation workflows)
CI/CD pipelines and workflow automation (GitHub Actions)
GitHub integrations (Apps, webhooks) and multi-organization administration
Cloud platform experience (Azure or AWS or GCP)
Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or equivalent)
Kubernetes
OpenShift
Observability/monitoring (metrics, logging, alerting, dashboards)
OpenSearch and/or similar for logs/search/analytics
Grafana and/or Prometheus (or similar observability tooling)
GitOps practices
