Senior Data Scientist (Generative AI / Agentic AI)
Senior Data Scientist needed to lead design and delivery of production-grade Generative AI solutions and agentic AI architectures. Architect and implement Agentic AI systems, including multi‑agent workflows, tool‑using agents, autonomous decision-making systems, and orchestration frameworks

Build and optimize LLM pipelines including prompt engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), fine‑tuning, and evaluation

Develop end‑to‑end ML/AI solutions: data preparation, model development, training, deployment, monitoring, and optimization

Work with structured and unstructured data sources (text, PDFs, logs, APIs, databases)

Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define AI strategy and roadmap

Ensure model performance, scalability, security, and responsible AI practices

Required Qualifications
7+ years in Data Science / Machine Learning / Applied AI
Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) hands-on experience
Agentic AI systems / autonomous AI workflows experience
Python (mandatory)
SQL (familiarity)
LLM frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, CrewAI or similar)
RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures
Vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Chroma, Weaviate) and embeddings
ML frameworks: PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn
Cloud platforms for deployment (Azure or AWS or GCP)
MLOps fundamentals, CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), APIs
NLP and deep learning understanding
Reinforcement learning concepts understanding
Model evaluation, prompt versioning, AI observability
Responsible AI, data privacy, and security best practices
