Custom objects development if required for using ABAP for migration

Define the scope of data to be mapped from Legacy systems and migrated,

Identify all relevant source systems, data sets, interfaces and dependencies.

Riase any migration risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies.

Provide clear reporting on progress, data quality, defects and readiness.

Clarify responsibilities across business data owners, functional consultants, technical teams and implementation partners.

Support the migration of HR, Payroll and people data from SAP HCM into SAP SuccessFactors.

Work with HR, Payroll and functional specialists to understand legacy data structures and future requirements.

Define source-to-target mappings for relevant SuccessFactors objects and modules.

Essential
Required Qualifications
Delivered at least three SAP ECC/HCM data migration projects to SuccessFactors EC and ECP
Hands-on full-cycle SuccessFactors data migration and SAP ECC to S/4HANA conversion experience
At least five years of hands-on experience with SAP Data Services (BODS), Infoporter, BIB, BAPI, BADI, and LSMW migration tools
ABAP development for custom migration objects
Migration lifecycle delivery from discovery and planning through cutover and reconciliation
Data mapping, transformation, cleansing, loading, and validation
Planning and delivery of multiple mock migration cycles
Knowledge of SAP master data and transactional data structures
Managing complex data-quality and reconciliation issues
Working with SAP functional consultants, developers, business stakeholders, and systems integrators in a large transformation programme
Preferred

University or higher education experience
Functional knowledge of HR, Payroll, or Finance data
Experience across integrated SuccessFactors and S/4HANA programmes
Knowledge of SAP data migration tools and methodologies
Data archiving, retention, and legacy-system decommissioning
Information governance, GDPR, and sensitive employee-data handling
Experience in a multi-supplier programme environment
